Apply Online for 24-Hr. Loan Approval

YOU MUST BE A TFCU MEMBER FOR THE APPLICATION TO BE PROCESSED. (INFORMATION ABOUT TFCU MEMBERSHIP.)

Here's all you need to do:

1. Gather a few of the materials we need for income verification. These are:

   - Current pay stub for the last pay period

   - W-2's for the past year

   - Most recent share draft statement, retirement statement, stock statements.

2. Fill out and submit the SECURE online loan application.
3. Include your TFCU account number.
4. Fax your supportive documentation (from items 1 above) to 520-320-0715.

And that's it!

Within 24 hours, we will email you a loan approval and fax or mail you the following:

• Good Faith Estimate with a description of all closing costs
• Truth-in-Lending Disclosure, which shows you the exact APR of your loan

By submitting my mortgage application for 24-hour approval, I acknowledge that if my request is approved, and my loan does not fund through Tucson Federal Credit Union within 120 days of the approval date, I am responsible for a payment of $125 to TFCU for mortgage underwriting and credit report fees. The $125 fee may be deducted from my TFCU account if necessary.

Applications submitted for prequalification purposes only are not subject to this fee. Please indicate in the comments section of the application if you are applying for prequalification only.
